John Chavez

Handling personal injury accident cases since 1988, John Chavez’s experience encompasses 12 years of Personal injury Law Firm Case Management experience, as well as 13 years as a Casualty Adjuster for various insurance companies.

John was born and raised in New Jersey, across from Manhattan, N.Y., by his Cuban parents. He speaks Spanish and Italian.

He started his college studies at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City and later completed his BA and MBA degrees at the University of Phoenix in Tucson, Arizona. John also earned an SCLA (Senior Claim Law Associate) designation from the American Education Institute while working at American Family Insurance.

John worked at several established law firms in New Jersey and Arizona, and at American Family insurance, he worked in the bilingual casualty unit. There, he investigated and settled auto accident, premises liability, dog bite, and wrongful death cases. His unit was responsible for claims handling in five states.
