Roger Bailey

Attorney Roger Bailey initially attended the University of Nevada, Reno before completing his bachelor’s degree in economics and graduating cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2004.

He earned his law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2008.

Roger joined De Castroverde Law Group as a law clerk in September 2007, during his third year of law school. He left the firm in December 2011 and returned in May 2026.

Roger was admitted to the Nevada Bar and the United States District Court, District of Nevada in 2012. He primarily practices in the area of personal injury litigation and is also experienced in criminal defense.

A lifelong resident of Las Vegas, born and raised in the city, Roger has built valuable relationships throughout the Valley that continue to benefit his clients. As a father, he understands the impact an unexpected injury can have on a person and their entire family, and he is diligent in going the extra mile for every client he represents.

Outside of the office, Roger is an avid sports fan who enjoys football, baseball, basketball, and soccer. He stays active through weightlifting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and spends his free time traveling, fishing, snorkeling, and enjoying time with his family and dogs.
