About the Scholarship

About the Scholarship

At De Castroverde Law, we believe that understanding your rights can change everything. That’s why we created the “Know Your Rights” Essay Scholarship: an initiative inviting law students to analyze real criminal defense and immigration issues in Nevada, and to share their voice in English or Spanish. As a family-run firm with more than 30 years defending our community, we believe in investing in the next generation of attorneys. Each round, we publish a practice-oriented or doctrinal topic so that law students can take part and be heard.
